Boeken over het bespelen van de saxofoon

Dag allemaal,

Ik ben bezig met het samenstellen van een literatuurlijst met boeken over het bespelen van de saxofoon.  Geen gewone etudeboeken maar wel boeken waarin beschreven staat hoe het instrument dan wel juist moet bespeeld worden.  Hieronder mijn lijst.  Het zou fijn zijn moesten jullie mij kunnen helpen hem te vervolledigen.

Het volgende Nederlandstalige boek hoort in mijn ogen beslist in je rijtje:

Een mooie lijst, wat mij opvalt is dat er een nederlands boek op staat, een duits, twee frans en 28 in het engels. Waarschijnlijk zijn er nog ook nog wat boeken in andere talen over saxofoons geschreven.
